Activity: 03.07 - Provide Support For Knowledge Exchange

It is extremely important to make the Service Delivery Organization comfortable and instill confidence in them that they are capable to handle the services independently and own them as expected. For this, additional support must be provided as per the agreed criteria. Once the run team is confident, services will be transferred to them.

The purpose of this activity is to provide additional support to the Service Delivery Organizations till they are comfortable in handling the services. Once the Run team is equipped with all knowledge and skills to own the services, the ownership and accountability of the service is transferred to them. The Engagement Manager (Transition) must ensure all artifacts, documents and training materials related to the services will be stored in the knowledge repository. Outstanding Knowledge Exchange activities, if any, must be transferred to the Run team.
